Harvest Capital - 2023 Year in Review

Harvest would like to thank all of our partners for helping us achieve a very productive 2023.  Harvest Capital’s Residential A&D Loan Program achieved record levels of activity for 2023 in all areas, not only in transaction volumes year-over-year, but also in new borrower relationships, which grew by over 230%, and geographic expansion; entering 6 new states and 9 MSA’s. We are looking forward to an even better 2024!
