Harvest Capital provided the acquisition and development funding for 194 single family lots and 220 townhome lots located in Tallahassee, Florida. Tallahassee is the state capital of Florida, and the anchor city of the Tallahassee MSA. As of 2024, Tallahassee has a population exceeding 203,000 and is the largest city in the ‘Florida Big Bend’ and Florida Panhandle region. The area is also the main center for trade and agriculture for both the Florida Panhandle as well as Southwest Georgia. Additionally, the town is home to Florida State University, producing thousands of young professionals each year. This loan was finalized in December 2024.
