Biltmore

Tucked along the eastern shore of Mobile Bay, Biltmore is an existing community in Spanish Fort, Alabama. This loan finances the acquisition and development of a 78-acre site entitled for 159 single family lots to be developed in four phases. Spanish Fort boasts a rich history with attractions such as the Historic Blakeley State Park and the site of the 1780 Battle of Spanish Fort. With its scenic waterfront views, vibrant community events, and proximity to both Mobile and the Gulf Coast beaches, Spanish Fort provides a desirable living environment for locals and visitors alike. The acquisition and development loan was finalized in April 2024.
