Directly off highway 98 in Navarre, Florida, this loan funds the acquisition and development of 92 single-family lots known as Captain’s Cove. The project is located on the Florida panhandle, and is a part of Santa Rosa County and the Pensacola MSA. Pensacola sits just 20 miles from the main entrance to Eglin Air Force Base, the largest AFB in the world. This proximity contributes to Pensacola’s high population of military veterans, which at nearly 15%, is more than twice the national average. Additionally, the site is about 44 miles from the Naval Air Station Pensacola. This loan was finalized in September 2024.
