Harvest Capital closed on an acquisition and development loan to finance 70 single family lots located in Atlanta, Georgia. The Hightower Ridge project is in Snellville, a suburb of Atlanta in Gwinnett County, located 20 miles from downtown Atlanta. Snellville is part of the Atlanta MSA and has a population of 22,500 as of 2023. Snellville has also earned recognition on several "best places to live" lists. The city is known for its strong public schools, safe neighborhoods, and abundant recreational opportunities. This loan was finalized in March 2025.
