Harvest Capital closed on an acquisition and development loan to finance 82 single family lots located in Tallahassee, Florida. LDR-1 is located in Leon County, directly south of downtown Tallahassee; the state capital of Florida and the main center for trade and agriculture in the broader area including southwest Georgia. As of 2024, Tallahassee has a population exceeding 203,000 and is the largest city in the ‘Florida Big Bend’ and Florida Panhandle region. This loan was finalized in January 2025.
