The Preserve I

Placed just north of the historic and scenic campus of Auburn University, this financing will fund the acquisition and development of the Preserve’s 6th and 7th phases which are entitled for 439 single family lots across its 250 acres. The Preserve has become a premiere multi-phase development within the Opelika-Auburn MSA. Known for its passionate football culture and rich history, Auburn offers a mix of quaint downtown shops, diverse dining options, and outdoor recreational opportunities. The acquisition and development loan was funded in November 2023.
