Harvest Capital closed on an acquisition and development loan to finance 96 single family lots located in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Gulf Breeze is located on the Florida panhandle in Santa Rosa County, between downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Gulf Breeze has a population of approximately 6,800 and has a median household income of $107k; about 1.5x the median household income of the rest of the Pensacola MSA and Florida. The project is also within commuting distance of major military installations, including the Elgin Air Force Base and the Naval Air Station of Pensacola. This loan was finalized in December 2024.
