Harvest Capital closed on an acquisition and development loan to finance 140 Single Family lots located in Theodore, Alabama. Theodore is a part of Mobile County, which along with Washington County, makes up the Mobile MSA. Marked by consistent population growth, Mobile County is the third most populous county in the state with a population exceeding 430,000 as of 2021. In addition to easy access to I-10 and I-65, the site is roughly 19 miles from downtown Mobile and 16 miles from Mobile International Airport via I-10. This loan was finalized in December 2024.
